REQUIREMENTS WHEN SELLING A HOME IN SUMMERS LANDING

Residents planning to sell their homes are required by Virginia Law to disclose to a buyer that their property is located in an HOA development. The seller must also provide the buyer with a disclosure packet (also called a resale certificate) that includes a copy of the governing documents of the HOA such as covenants, by-laws, Board policies and other information relevant to anyone considering buying a home in Summers Landing.
