2024 Spring Spruce Up Thanks

The Summers Landing HoA Board of Directors would like to thank all those homeowners who responded to our Spring Spruce-up Campaign by painting mailbox supports, cleaning or painting faded shutters, and by power washing houses attacked by mold and dirt.

We should all count our blessings that we live in a such a beautiful neighborhood. To keep our community attractive, we must all do our part to keep it so!

Our property values will remain high only when all of us do our share to make sure our property contributes, rather than detracts, from the beauty of our subdivision. It is never too late to spruce up your lot, so give your place a critical appraisal and take whatever steps are needed to get your lot looking its best.
