2025 Annual Assessment Increase

The Summers Landing Board of Directors deeply regrets that in these inflationary times, we are forced to increase the dues for a second year in a row. We have always prided ourselves in our ability to keep the dues at $200 for so long, but unfortunately, that was no longer possible last year and is no longer possible this year.

Our HoA Covenants limit any annual increase to no more than 5 percent of the previous year's dues. 5% of $210 is $10.50. The Summers Landing HoA Board of Directors has reluctantly voted to increase the 2025 dues $10 from $210 to $220 per year.

The 2025 dues increase will bring in an extra $2,070 per year. That will just about cover the $1,550 expected increase to keep the street lights on, not to mention increases in insurance, postage, supplies, grounds maintenance, legal costs, and management costs.
