Campers & Oversized Vehicles

Please be reminded that the Summers Landing HoA Covenants DO NOT ALLOW campers, boats, and other oversized vehicles in Summers Landing unless they are garaged or screened from view of the street.

THE KEY WORD HERE IS "SCREENED." Screening can be total or partial. The tradition has been to allow partial screening if specifically approved in advance by the Summers Landing HoA Board of Directors.
