Disabled & Unregistered Vehicles

Please be reminded that no disabled vehicles shall be parked or maintained on a Summers Landing lot at any time unless within a fully enclosed garage.

Also, please be aware that ALL vehicles parked on a Summers Landing property MUST HAVE current state inspection and current state license plates at all times, unless being maintained within a fully enclosed garage.
