Well Water Testing & Emails

The Spotsylvania Cooperative Extension Office, in conjunction with Virginia Tech, is again offering Spotsylvania county residents the opportunity to have their well water tested impartially with on one trying to sell you a new expensive water treatment system.

Unfortunately, we did not receive the information early enough to include it in the March 2024 HoA Newsletter and meet the deadline dates involved in the testing process. However, we did send the information to the community by email. If you didn't receive the email, it means you never gave us an email address. If you'd like to receive future emails with information pertinent to Summers Landing, please send an email request to HoA President John Thyen at johnthyen661W@gmail.com.

As an HoA BoD, we promise not to inundate you with endless emails nor will we sell or share your email address with anyone else. We have used the email list successfully to warn residents of dangerous animals and suspicious people in the subdivision. We have also returned lost pets to their owners and helped residents track down lost items. In addition, we use the list to keep residents informed of any vandalism or criminal activity in the community. Fortunately, these emails are few and far between, largely because of the effective email information sharing system we have in place.
