Please be reminded that NO DISABLED VEHICLES shall be parked or maintained on a property at any time unless within a fully enclosed garage.

Also, please be aware that ALL vehicles parked on a Summers Landing property must have a current state inspection and state licensee plate at all times, unless being maintained within a garage.
