Also, please contact John if you need recommendations for a reliable contractor to do work for you. While the HoA can't guarantee your satisfaction, the odds that you will be satisfied are greater than if you blindly selected someone off the internet. When the work is finished, please let John know whether or not you were satisfied with the work.

It would also be helpful if you briefly outlined the work that was done and what it cost, so residents can get a better idea of what constitutes a fair price for a particular kind of work.
