Spring 2023 Spruce Up Thanks!

Thank you to all those who responded to our Spring 2023 spruce-up campaign by painting mailbox supports, cleaning or painting faded shutters, and by power washing houses attacked by mold and dirt.

We should all count our blessings that we live in a such a beautiful neighborhood. To keep our community attractive, we must each do our part to keep it so.

Our property values will remain high only when all of us do our share to make sure our property contributes, rather than detracts, from the beauty of our subdivision. It's never too late to spruce up your lot.
